This home was designed with an "owner suite" that includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The second adjoining main level unit features two bedrooms and one bath. Please note that this Traditional styled duplex is designed to look more like a large home.
Traditional Four-poster design
2623 O'Shaughnessy St.
This 1528 square foot home features three bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. The Traditional interior includes hardwood floors, a rec room, walk-in closet, jetted tub, custom lighting fixtures and various archways. The home is constructed upon a full unfinished basement.
Traditional Craftsman Design
This traditional Craftsman design is a duplex building. The main level unit is built on a daylight basement and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room and a family room. The upper level unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. Custom designed for the owner as rental property, the exterior of the building hides the fact that it is a multi family building.
Custom Home Design
This custom designed home is one of a kind. The interior features a long list of custom design elements including slate tile floors, stained concrete floors, a custom fireplace, curved walls, hand built staircase railings, large open spaces and many other special features.
